This March, Searcys are spotlighting the successes and achievements of international women the world over. Inviting guests to celebrate with them, the experts in luxury hospitality and connoisseurs in all things bubbly, will be hosting an inspirational evening of networking, discussion tables, and motivational speakers on the 1st March at 30 Pavilion Road, the High Society Hideaway in glittering Knightsbridge.
There will be inspirational female talks covering life balance, how to get ahead in business and entrepreneurism with entertainment, an all female jazz band, Duval-Leroy champagne (the only female run champagne house) tasting, Jo Malone massages and a Pinkster gin bar. The event is now sold out but It’s Rude To Stare will be there reporting back.
In the presence of four exceptional and inspirational women, guests will be seated to learn and engage in a discussion of four key trending topics:
Life Balance – Struggling with the challenges of guilt and finding balance and serenity between work and family? It is a hot topic of discussion at the moment with corporate companies such as Google leading the way in helping women to better achieve a work life balance. Anna Whitehouse (Founder of Mother Pukka #FLEXAPPEAL) shares personal journey and the search to find more meaning & joy in life as a woman who has achieved a healthy balance between work and family.
How To Get Ahead In Business – Jacinta Phelan (Harvey Nichols as Director of Restaurants and Chiltern Firehouse) will share her personal journey and discuss why women need to make their own game plan and not play only by men’s rules in order to succeed and get ahead in business. She will discuss the challenges of gender pay and how she managed to tackle/improve this for her personal career.
Entrepreneurship – Harriot Pleydell-Bouverie, (Founder of Mallow & Marsh) caused something of a stir by turning down two Dragons in Dragons Den 2014! But, a year later, her gourmet marshmallow brand graced the shelves of confectionary aisles across the UK and her company continues to grow from strength to strength.
Personal Branding – Lindsey Simpson (Co-Founder of the Curve Group) will share her personal experience and how she created her own path and subsequently her own, thriving business. A woman who left corporate life to help build a £14m business, talks achievements, mistakes and not being the master of everything.
This fantastic line up of inspiring talks will be carefully curated by charismatic journalist, film and event company co-founder and WE charity Deputy Director, Bridget Arsenault.
Inviting ambitious, career-driven urbanites to engage with Searcys’ high-achieving speakers, the dazzling evening is set to motivate and encourage women in the success of their own personal and professional lives. And with champagne in hand, Searcys are delighted to toast to the success of ‘Women Winning Their Way’.
Searcys Women Winning Their Way event takes place Wednesday March 1, from 18:30 – 21:30, at 30 Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 0HJ. Tickets are now sold out but It’s Rude To Stare will be there to report.
