This year Bristol launches a new festival centred around physical and mental wellbeing, with a range of fitness classes, nutrition workshops and inspiring talks, capitalising on our lust and thirst for all things wellness.
The weekend’s programme is centred around four pillars of wellbeing; move, eat connect and explore.
The move programme takes exercise to the next level with fun new concepts like Reggae Yoga, Bollywood Dance and Punk Aerobics classes.
You’ll also find SPINBOX at the festival, a spin studio with classes set to headline DJs. Naturally there’ll be a space for relaxation which will include mindfulness sessions and gong baths providing a holistic mind-body experience.
The Eat programme is centred around ethical, sustainable and mindful eating with workshops hosted by a range of top chefs, authors and health experts.
The connect programme will provide a series of interesting and though-provoking expert-led talks and panel sessions, covering topics such as rethinking relationships for the modern world, building resilience and ageing creatively.
The explore pillar encourages people to connect with nature and the great outdoors through a range of hosted activities. Here you can take part in mindful photography, survival skills and foraging.
This exciting new festival seems to leave no path un-explored when it comes to wellbeing with a stellar lineups of classes, talks, workshops and activities all led by top experts in health and wellness. Wild and Well is set to be a must-attend event in the wellbeing calendar and one which will hopefully return again and again.
The festival takes place in several locations around Bristol including the beautiful Ashton Court Estate.
Tickets start at £50 for a weekend pass.
