VISIONS FESTIVAL 2015: Celebrating music, food, art & creativity, Aug 8th

On August 8th 2015, VISIONS festival returns for its third year following the success of two sell-out events, taking place across different warehouse venues, art spaces, courtyards, rooftops, churches and outdoor areas in London Fields.

Alongside this year’s stellar music program they will be running a craft beer and street food festival in the beautiful gardens of our main venue St John’s At Hackney Church. The bar will be hosted by our good friends the Adam And Eve and the craft beer selection curated by the excellent Hackney based The Five Points Brewing Company. Food stalls will include Italo American sandwiches, Yard Sale Pizza, Oh My Dog burgers and hot dogs, Mama’s Jerk Station Caribbean cuisine and Taco Queen. All stalls offer delicious vegetarian options.

VISIONS market they have expanded this popular feature and will now be taking place in Space Studios outdoor courtyard. Stalls feature our favourite independent creative outlets including: Seven Doors Tattoo who will be selling flash prints from resident artists such as Jondix, Andrea Furcia and Dani Queipo, Zine Swap fanzine library, illustrator Mr Gordo will have posters for sale and will be doing live doodles on demand, Break Down Press comic book stall, Black Wax Record shack will have classic and new releases available and Ditto Press will have a selection of their prints and books for sale.
Finally, the festival welcomes a new addition: East London Printmakers’ designers Narcsville & Pat Lunch. They will be running a class teaching you how to screen print where you will print special Visions artwork created with designers Heretic, Le Gun and Personality Crisis. The print will be on t-shirts or paper depending on the slot chosen.
