Where are you and what are you going to be doing today?
I’m in Cape Town and going to Cape Point to be in nature and meditate on the magic of life!
Tell us three words that describe you?
Different, Inspiring, Loving
Do you have a favourite quote?
Many! One of them is the Mariamme Williamson quote – Our Greatest Fear
What is your earliest memory of music?
Living in southern Spain when I was about 5 or 6 years old and hearing them play flamenco guitar… to this day, there is nothing quite like it! And I live in a gypsy neighbourhood in Ibiza now and often have the gift of listening to them play. It is transcendent!
What’s your favorite hangout in London/Worldwide?
It has to be Ibiza, my home. I live in a Lighthouse hugging the castle wall overlooking to Port. My roof terrace has 360 views and is simply breath taking. Other than that I feel very at home in Palolem, Goa!
Can you tell us about your current happenings?
I’m currently running workshops out here in Cape Town for people who run various projects in the townships out here – they are essentially charities helping people with drug addiction, sexual violence, crime or education in some of the most deprived parts of South Africa. It’s very rewarding to be working with people who are so passionate about making a meaningful difference in the world. Then I’m back in the UK delivering a workshop for people in Bournemouth and then home to Ibiza where I do quite a bit of coaching for people all around the world. And I can have more time for myself, running on the beach, being in nature and having fun
What’s in store for the next year?
Wow! Lots… Ibiza this summer, popping back to the UK to deliver an NLP Practitioner, Master Prac and Trainer the Trainer in London, a Retreat in the Netherlands in September, another Retreat in Ibiza in October and then back to Goa for winter and another couple of Retreats out there. So many Retreats I might end up being a hermit! And all of this, mixed in with lots of coaching, connecting with friends, writing, reading, travelling, fun, sunshine and being in nature. And finishing my second book!
What’s your favourite thing to do on a Sunday?
Being in nature! A long walk or simply being at peace and one with the world.
What was the last thing that really made you stop and stare?
The wild seal I saw on the harbour steps yesterday… beautiful!
