Expect to find interesting dishes such as the Grilled Beetroot Salad with Garlic and Greek Yoghurt Foam, Warm Feta Pastry Marinated in Honey and Black Sesame, Lobster with Orzo Pasta and Metaxa on the menu, created by head chefs Athinagoras Kostakos and George Venieris using authentic Greek ingredients and high quality fresh produce from local independent suppliers.
