Bloomsbury will be awash with Balearic food, music, art and culture as Salvador & Amanda launches here later this month.
The latest in a long line of inspired openings by Eric Yu, whose Breakfast Group portfolio includes the likes of Opium, Jerusalem, Punk and The Social, Salvador & Amanda will feature fine dining restaurant Cadaqués, a buzzing tapas and cocktail bar and late night sets from some of the capital’s hottest DJs.
Named in honour of the legendary Salvador Dalí – he of the melting clocks and magnificent moustache – and his gorgeous muse Amanda Lear, Salvador & Amanda will offer a taste of the real Spain but with a funky twist and a vibrant atmosphere.
Reminiscent of the cosmopolitan cafés of Madrid, Bilbao and Barcelona, Salvador & Amanda lets you linger over a cocktail, snack on some tapas, enjoy a fabulous meal or dance into the small hours.
In charge of bringing the authentic flavours of Spain to WC1 is brilliantly gifted chef Rubén Darío Estrella (Salt Yard)
Some of Europe’s leading DJs will be turning up the volume from Thursday through Saturday, promising everything from classic tracks to the latest house music.
With specials every day of the week – from paella night with a retro twist through to fiery flamenco washed down with sangria specials – brilliant happy hours and a 3am closing time on Fridays and Saturdays, Salvador & Amanda Bloomsbury is the ideal spot for those who choose a fiesta over a siesta.
