Setout – spin and explosive plyometric work blended perfectly to burn calories and lose stubborn fat.
Asset – various types of exercises for females only with goals of sculpting and shaping.
Sets/Reps – gain muscle, build strength and lose body fat by utilising various isolation, compound and bodyweight exercises.
Reset – yoga, meditation, core strength and calisthenics.
