For avid travellers this one is a must! For one night only, London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, will be hosting an event led by sleep specialist and founder of The Sleep School Dr Guy Meadows, just in time for when the clocks go back on 29 October.
This workshop has been designed to enlighten guests with effective tips and tools for implementing a restful routine, particularly whilst on the road. Travelling brings to mind a sense of relaxation, unfamiliar surroundings and different time zones can leave travellers tossing and turning in bed – which Dr Guy will help to combat with his expert advice. A recent Big Sleep Report revealed that we are a growing sleepless society, with over 70 per cent of UK adults not getting the recommended eight hours of sleep per night and only 1% reporting that they wake up feeling ‘completely refreshed’.
