Madame Gautier is cooking up something special to welcome in the festive season…
Cooking classes are one of those things that most people are curious about or interested in doing, regardless of what level of at-home-chef you are, and considering we are rapidly approaching the season to be merry, tipsy and continually full, this is the best time to get involved.
Madame Gautier is headed up by husband and wife team-extraordinaire Mark and Corinne Gautier who set out to create freshly produced French regional food for the feasting. They can be seen at an array of local farmer’s markets around the London area selling their sinfully delicious creations. Since they started on their culinary adventure they’ve set up Madame Gautier Traiteur, Madame Gautier La Technique, the cooking school and also a French bistro in Kensal Rise.
They are both extremely passionate about what they do and, not only is it evident, it instils a sense of enthusiasm in anyone that crosses their threshold. They’ve set up a series of festive classes that focus on delicious treats and skills that are ideal for this time of year, fruit mince pies anyone?
The classes are all fun, quirky and recommended for anyone, with any level of experience. The best part… you get to take home every delicious morsel you create…and then some.
Below is a list of the speciality cooking classes but culinary classes are held at the school throughout the week if you want to get serious.
