Speaking the language of louvre, Le Bun Social, highbrow French cuisine meets finger licking American street food have brought their chin-wagging delicacies to Dalston in the very homely setting of the Three Compasses Pub.
As the winners of Samsung’s ‘Launching People’ competition, the pop up has been mentored by Gizzi Erskine, who has helped them to create a bespoke menu that rehashes the way people view and eat French food by combining it with an o-so-easy American diner style.
