KITCHEN TAKEOVER: M Restaurants launch Young Chef of the Year Awards

M Restaurants has launched their Young Chef of the Year Awards, providing a platform to the young culinary stars of tomorrow. They have sought out the brightest and the most promising chefs, ready to make their name in the fierce restaurant scene of London.

In partnership with Pommery Champagne and Bookatable, M will host a series of dinners, each one cooked by one of the finalists of the competition. With an expert judging panel selecting the final chefs, we are promised a night of outstanding and innovative cooking.

With many of the chefs coming from Michelin-starred kitchens, you can expect cooking of the highest standard. Each chef will take over the M kitchen for a night and cook up a storm of four excellent courses.

Guests will also be given the chance to be restaurant critics for the night by judging the meal they receive and with points awarded by both the judging panel and the diners, the winning chef will be selected. The top diner review will also win a meal at the winning chef’s restaurant takeover in August.

Tickets are £40 per person for a four-course meal.

For more info about the finalists and to buy tickets, visit the website here:
