Serving up a slice of the island for two weeks only, the capital’s thrill seekers will be able to sample a fusion of vibrant colours, spices and party vibes at both the Clapham and Kings Road venues.
Expect to taste quintessential Jamaican fare – fill up on traditional dishes such as Ackee and Salt Fish – the island’s national dish, Curried Goat and Escoveitch Snapper, to name but a few. The Jam Tree’s Executive Chef, James Browne, will be drawing in his experiences travelling around Jamaica to capture the mouth-watering flavours that run through the dishes.
But what’s a Jamaican themed pop-up without rum I hear you cry! Don’t fret, The Jam Tree has that covered. Since rum is an integral part of Jamaican culture The Jam Tree have selected an array of the best Jamaican rum producers (Wray & Nephew and Appleton Rum) to provide an authentic taste to the Caribbean style cocktails on offer. Whether you prefer a refreshing Jamaican Mule, or a bespoke cocktail like The Usain Bolt or Shabba Ranks, you’re guaranteed to feel relaxed (even a little in no time! And of course the experience wouldn’t be complete without a stellar reggae soundtrack –
