Bespoke dining company Cuisson is delighted to announce that they will be taking their innovative and highly creative pop-up supper club POP-Down to the Vaults in Waterloo, for a three-month residency. Having truly perfected the art of inventive fine-dining with POP-Down at Borough Barista, which quickly became recognised as one of the most popular supper-clubs of the year, the team at Cuisson will be transferring their honed skills, exceptional creativity and imaginative techniques of gastronomy to this larger event space, offering all the elements of POP-Down on a superior scale.
