Opening to the public this week, Chrysan is located at the heart of the city on Broadgate West. Yoshihiro Murata runs three restaurants. The 2012 Michelin guide Osaka Kobe Nara gave three Michelin stars for Kikunoi Honten and two stars each for Roan Kikunoi (both in Kyoto) and Akasaka Kikunoi in Tokyo.
