Read more →There is no need to plan ahead when travelling Goa, it's western friendly in every capacity. I decided to take a train out of Goa from Canocona station to Gorkana, Karnataka. Canocona was only 10 minutes from Palolem Beach. Don’t expect the train to be on time but make sure you are on time and embrace patience. The train took 50 minutes and cost 50 rupees. There is a further Tuk Tuk for 30 minutes until you arrive in Gorkana. Famous for it’s temples, spiritual followers traveller from all over here so there is an intense energy and colourful mix of religions.
