Award-winning chef Tom Simmons has opened his first restaurant in London July 2017. Tom Simmons, new restaurant by the same name is the hidden gem we hope won't stay hidden for too long. Tucked away amongst some new builds between London Bridge and Tower Bridge (there's great views of both) it's the sort of place you won't find unless you are looking for it on these quiet residential back streets - once you do however, you can't deny it's there and you'll want to tell everyone about it (or maybe that's just us)!
