This week Bombay Sapphire are holding a week-long residency at Callooh Callay in Shoreditch – Imaginarium will be open from Monday 19th to Saturday 24th of May at 6pm nightly, and aims to inspire visitors to be adventurous with their cocktail choices by celebrating creativity and imagination.
The event will be hosted by Rich Woods, head of spirit and cocktail development at London’s Duck & Waffle, and most recently the UK stage winner of Bombay Sapphire’s 2014’s World’s Most Imaginative Bartender competition.
Inspired by Bombay Sapphire’s ultimate G&T, the pop up bar will feature an imaginative and innovative cocktail menu, including Rich’s winning cocktail from the competition – Blue cheese and chocolate martini, as well as a range of other imaginative twists on the classics.
Rich and Bombay Sapphire’s brand ambassador Sean Ware will also be hosting a series of interactive workshops to take visitors on a journey through 10 ingredients and hundreds of recipe possibilities.
Cocktail lovers will have the chance to discover the essential ingredients required for the perfect drinking experience, as well as learn the skills needed to craft beautiful and experimental cocktails at home.
The master classes are free of charge and will be taking place between Tuesday 20th and Thursday 22nd of May at 6pm. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance:
