Fashion brand Havaianas are inviting Londoners to join them at the Westfield London flagship store tomorrow, Thursday 16th March, to witness one of Brazil’s most exciting young artists, São Paulo-based artist, Ricardo Negro, create an art work ‘live’ at a special installation on to celebrate the “Portraits of Brazil” project.
The “Portraits of Brazil” project, sees the brand offering, young Brazilian artists a global platform for their work. The first collection of which is solely created by Ricardo Negro. The prints depict the reality of thousands of communities across Brazil. Each design contains an element of joy, purity and intimacy that only someone who has been raised in Brazil could represent.
Londoners will not only be able to experience Negro’s unique painting style via the live art installation but the event officially kicks start summer in the city and Havaianas fans are given the opportunity to be the first to buy the new limited edition collaboration collection.
The “Portraits of Brazil” live art installation with artist Ricardo Negro will take place at Westfield London between 4.00pm – 8.00pm Thursday 16th March 2016
