The traditional pub setting of The Goat in Boots (333 Fulham Road) has long been a popular haunt in Chelsea for those seeking to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The venue is now set to be relaunched in April as GOAT, a completely new concept, following a full refurbishment which promises a stylish new look and a revamped food menu from the team behind the success of Eclipse, Cocoon, Bumpkin and Boujis.
Designers Finch Interiors have brought their sought-after contemporary style to the venue, transforming the traditional three storey building into an informal restaurant, stylish cocktail bar and all day lounge. They have a secret drinking den but we can’t tell you where it is!!!!!Shhhhh…
The restaurant will offer delicious New York-Italian dishes. With Head Chef Marco Muselli at the helm, the menu is imbued with his passion for Italian cuisine and quality produce, Marco’s talent and skills having been honed in renowned restaurants across Italy, the US and the UK, including Mirabelle, Malmaison and Alba.
A fantastic brunch menu includes tasty classics such as eggs benedict or florentine and pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Mains include innovative wood fired pizzas, succulent steaks and lobster from the grill, alongside beautiful salads, the menu rounded off with a classic New York cheesecake or Italian ice cream.
