London’s hippest hotel, The Hoxton, Shoreditch will be transforming their popular alfresco courtyard into ‘The Gin Mare Mediterranean Garden’ for a few days only and promises to be THE place to escape the city, relax in the Mediterranean vibes and enjoy the ultimate Gin & Tonic.
Inspired by Gin Mare’s unique savoury botanical ingredients and the inspirational Mediterranean heritage, the pop-up experience will allow discerning drinkers to creatively explore these unique tastes, smells and textures, resulting in the must-visit summer destination.
A classic G&T might not be the tonic for everyone; guests to Gin Mare’s Mediterranean Garden can enjoy an exclusive range of cocktails with a twist. The bar will serve a contemporary take on the much-loved G&T, the Hixter G&T, served with a wedge of succulent mango and a grind of black pepper – a world first. Alongside an Onion Gimlet containing Parmegiano Reggiano cheese cordial and finally a mouth-watering twist on the ultra smooth classic Perfect Martini.
