FOOD, FITNESS & WELLBEING: Fare Healthy Returns to London

On 4-5 February London’s extensive well-being and fitness crowd will descend upon the Truman Brewery for Fare Healthy, the two-day festival that focuses on food, fitness and wellbeing; three of London’s great loves. They’ve got an all-star line-up which is set to entertain the crowd and there’ll be fitness and yoga sessions to keep the attendees busy too.

Open from 9.30am until 5.30pm, the festival is unique in combining food, fitness and wellbeing, with pop- up restaurants and bars, exercise classes, expert panel talks, cookery demonstrations, a bookstore, alongside a market place featuring over 100 brands.

The main stage, seating 200, will play host to talks, panel discussions and cookery demonstrations from leading chefs, health experts and wellbeing personalities including Skye Gyngell (Spring), Anna Jones (A Modern Way To Cook), Tom Hunt (Poco), Valentine Warner (TV Chef) Natasha Corrett (Honestly Healthy), Ella Mills (Deliciously Ella), Martin Morales (Ceviche), Uyen Luu (My Vietnamese Kitchen), Amelia Freer and Gaby Roslin. Two ‘Fare Healthy Discusses’ stages will also provide the opportunity to listen to and interact in lively panel discussions, on subjects such as organic farming, probiotics or natural sugars, as well as stories from founders of brands such as Pip & Nut and Propercorn.

The fourth stage will showcase live cookery demonstrations from a diverse roster of chefs and cooks. For those wanting a more active experience, Fare Healthy will run a series of varied exercise classes including Ballet Barre with Naturally Sassy and the renowned SBC experience with Russell Bateman. Alternatively, guests can chill out, meditate and do yoga with Annie Clarke, Mind, Body and Bowl, and the Boys of Yoga.

General Admission for each day £25

Entry to talks on the Main Stage and Exercise sessions are an additional £12/ £9 each

General admission tickets include free access to stages Fare Healthy Inspires & Fare Healthy discusses, the kids zone, our Nutritionist’s café, two interactive “Have a Go” areas and the Kitchen Demo stage.
