Chef Director Ben Tish at acclaimed restaurant Ember Yard has just launched a limited edition (two weeks only) unique Spanish BBQ tapas and Alhambra paired menu to celebrate Alhambra’s Andalusian heritage.
Ben uses Alhambra in the marinades which showcases the versatility of the beer and paired with the dishes it’s a feast worth checking out.
Ember Yard’s signature style of Spanish and Italian methods of cooking over charcoal remain and the new menu is one not to miss! Meat eaters will be thrilled with the choices, Deep Fried Hake in Alhambra and Hot Smoked Pork Belly starters set the scene, and a large succulent Alhambra Especial Brined Duck, dish follows, so good we wanted to order it again. The finale – a deliciously Roasted Almond Cake with Mequita Beer, Spiced Ice Cream and Poached Cherries.
