Their bar serves a range of cocktails featuring a mix of spirits from their favourite palettes alongside their homemade ELLC vodka and gin’s. On Sundays they host #shuckingsundays, guests can pair Red Snappers with Whitstable Oysters, warm Nduja cheese & sundried tomatoe sandwisces(of course all locally sourced ingredients). Try their Capri Snapper, a inspiring mix of ELLC London dry gin infused with coppa, muddled cucumber,horseradish,pomegranate syrup, Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco, most desirably paired with their oysters.
Bloody Sweet, served in a thin tall glass, the cocktail was a refreshing pink blend of ELLC premium gin bathc no.1, campari and gosnells mean. The honey sweetness perfectly complimented the tart campari and shaved grapefruit.
Baby Game, a swirl of ELLC Vodka, quail egg, onion syrup, soft vinegar, black pepper and red eye bitters served as a white froth in a coupe glass.
