Hilton will host a Royal Etiquette Class at their luxury five star hotel Conrad London St. James in celebration of the Queen’s 90th birthday and as part of the Fans of London Campaign (launched by Hilton, British Airways and London & Partners), which celebrates London tourism with a series of four special “super-fan” experiences encompassing a quartette of quintessentially British themes: Royal, Harry Potter, Shakespeare and Music. These four pillars have inspired historic and artistic admiration as well as cultural adoration across the world, making London the most talked about destination on the globe.
The Royal Etiquette Class is part of the Royal experience and will take guests through an A to Z lesson on the ideal etiquette for an Afternoon Tea with the Queen. You will learn everything from how to properly hold a teacup, to the correct way to eat a scone, to napkin placement and dress code – this fun and informative session will equip guests with the skills to dine in the presence of royalty (so when the opportunity arises you will be prepared).
Once versed in the correct etiquette, guests can then enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea; a daily fixture of the royal household, featuring decadent pastries and scones and a creative selection of teas and delectable sandwiches; all set to make guests feel like royalty.
