CHEF’S PENTHOUSE: The Ultimate Fine Dining Pop-Up

Taking over the Grosvenor House Apartments for a week at the start of April, the Chef’s Penthouse is an ultimately luxurious pop-up, providing privileged access to award wining chefs.

Brought to you by TFL Worldwide, the team behind The Cube, Chef’s Penthouse provides an exclusive ‘at home’ experience with two of the world’s best chefs – Simon Hulstone (UK) and Robert Wiedmaier (USA) who will delight guests with their delicious food and relax in their company. With a maximum of 14 seats available per service, guests will enjoy an intimate dining experience. Whether for lunch or dinner, each sitting will include an amazing 8 course tasting menu as well as unlimited chef access for the option to watch and learn from the cooking process. Sommelier, Ellis of Richmond, will be supplying wine pairing from around the world to accompany each chef’s dish.

– Simon Hulstone is a highly experienced and awarded chef, including the Roux scholarship for young chefs and the National Chef of the Year award in 2008. He is currently at the The Elephant, Torquay, where the Michelin star awarded there is maintained today.

– Robert Wiedmaier was named Washington’s Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington and owns the multi-award-winning restaurant Marcel’s. Known for serving the most refined French cuisine, it consistently wins top awards and ratings.
