BACARDÍ® is launching a summer of music, starting at Barclaycard British Summer Time, Hyde Park. Get ready for 187 European festivals, incredible line-ups, and the return of CASA BACARDÍ: a home of music where Latin street culture meets modern day legends of sound. With its gritty yet modern street style décor, live performances and vibrant atmosphere, CASA BACARDÍ is a place where passion lives and where the best parties happen.
Last weekend, CASA BACARDÍ rocked the epic Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park, with exclusive gigs from artists including Tiggs Da Author, DJ Martelo, and Kiko Bun. The party will continue this weekend as part of the six-day extravaganza (we hear DJ Frankie Francis, Norman Jay and Hot 8 Brass Band will be rocking out this weekend).
Headlining the main stage on Friday is indie favs Mumford & Sons (Plus Alabama Shakes, Wolf Alice, Mystery Jets, Nick Mulvey, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Baaba Maal & more!), Saturday is poptastic Take That (Plus Olly Murs, Ella Eyre, Jamie Lawson, Nathan Sykes, Grace) and Sunday is all soul with Stevie Wonder (Plus Pharrell Williams, Corinne Bailey Rae, KING & more). It’s going to be one hell of a party and we can’t wait to get involved.
Liz Walaszczyk, Global Head of Music at Bacardí comments: “CASA BACARDÍ is inspired by our colourful heritage – the streets of the Latin world, where music lives and breathes with a vibrant energy. And that’s what the BACARDÍ Summer of Music is all about. Festivals are about shared music experiences, but CASA BACARDÍ aims to take that one step further, where everyone can have unlimited access to phenomenal live DJs and artists.”
