Coming back this summer with a bang is The Book Club’s Bookstock street party in Shoreditch on the bank holiday Sunday, August 26th. Celebrate the day with music, dancing, dressing up and some good ol’ boozing about. Brought to you by the Shoreditch favourite, The Book Club’s Bookstock is Leonard Street’s answer to summer festivals.

The lineup includes Dub Pistols, We Were Evergreen, Mark Archer, Bikini Beach Band and many more., such as Chupacabra DJs as well as DJ and blogger Reverend Milo Speedwagon. And there’s much more to come!

The music is not the be all and end all at  Bookstock – there’s also great food options from the BOXPARK resident Bukowski Grill with their special edition of Bookstock Burger, while The Book Club’s own chef will cook up some of his special creations for the day. Expect also to see fro yo pros from Sno Fro Yo and a vast outdoor bar, offering cocktails, sparkling spritzers and real ale, courtesy of the hosts.

There will be a magician and a comedian on site, offering entertainment for those in need of something more, while face painters and temporary tattoo artists will make sure you look the part. Photo booth is on hand to record the memorable day and the fancy dress competition is there to ensure everyone is dressed up for the day. There will be secret, silent, chill-out and all-out party zones offering something for everyone for a memorable Sunday at Bookstock!
