This weekend were wrapping up reading for a weekend of sparkles and fireworks. It’s time to warm up from the inside out so were sharing two of our favourite cocktail recipes which are perfect for Bonfire night weekend.
First up is Patrón’s unique Brunch Money cocktail. This cocktail is simple to make and combines the beautiful Patrón XO Cafe with hot water and thick cream for the perfect hot blend.
50 ml Patrón XO Cafe
50 ml Hot Water
50 ml Heavy Cream, thickened
Coffee beans to garnish
Pour Patrón XO Cafe and hot water into a warmed coupe of Irish Coffee glass. Gently float
thickened cream over the surface of the drink. Garnish with coffee beans.
Second up is The Smoking Geisha created with Suntory’s lightly peated Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve. It’s a great way to impress friends at home and warm a winter’s night.
40ml Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve
15ml Lillet Rose (or Cocchi Americano rose)
80ml soda water
Build the cocktail over ice cubes and present in a smoky bell jar for effect.
