AQUA: New Dining Solutions

By now you have probably crumbled. Fallen off of that bleak ‘dry January’ cart, unable to fight the lycra clad mob flexing and stretching on their way back from the gym.

Life shouldn’t need to be such a battle – so black or white. That compromising grey area has so much more tone. Variety if you will.

Colouring in that mysterious grey area aqua have come up with the ‘New Year Solutions’ menu which lets you dabble in both the sanctuous aqua kyoto and aqua nueva menus.

aqua kyoto promises a selection Kayla Itines would be proud of. Healthy low-fat, high-protein purity dishes to nourish, nurture and renew, including spinach rolls with toasted sesame and goma dressing, Toban of braised lamb with edamame tofu and grilled aubergine and a light red miso chocolate and green tea galette to cap off the virtuous feast.

kyoto’s bad ass sister nueva offers guests the chance to pick 3 dishes from their devilishly indulgent selection. The wayward selection includes soft poached eggs with beef consommé and panetta and salmon and crab mousse with mussels and for dessert, there’s Spiced apple millefeuille with pear sorbet.

Choose to be the best ratio of good : bad, all from the comfort of Aqua (and probably with a cocktail in your hand).

Prices: £27 Per person
Available: Monday-Saturday (Lunch)
Monday-Thursday (Dinner)
