ALL STAND FOR AN APPLAUSE: Guilty Pleasures takes on Cinema

Thu Jan 1, 1970

Alternative clubbing institution Guilty Pleasures takes a bold new step, with a fresh new cinema concept launching this August Bank Holiday Weekend. Bound to be so much more that the the all-out parties Guilty Pleasures is known for, and it’s set to tip the entire world of popular culture on its head.
Guilty Pleasures is a living, breathing, singing and dancing, posing and pouting lifestyle choice; it’s about enjoying every second of life, and never being afraid that someone is watching – and it’s about singing your heart out and dancing all-night-long. And now Guilty Pleasures is taking on CINEMA, introducing a whole new concept to East London’s Troxy venue.
The Guilty Pleasures parties – with residencies at London’s Koko, Manchester’s Ruby Lounge, in Brighton, Birmingham and Edinburgh, and appearances at various UK festivals – bring together wonderful lineups, whose mission in life is to entertain. A Guilty Pleasures event is an eccentric, glittering, all-out sensory overload – a total celebration of all things pop, if you wish!
This brand new concept will be the most interactive event yet for Guilty Pleasures. They want this to be all about you, and so, in conjunction with Time Out London, Guilty Pleasures will conduct a poll to determine which movie is the Guilty Pleasures Cinema Weekender Most Wanted. Keep an eye out on Facebook for more information HERE and read more about Guilty Pleasure and their events HERE. Advance tickets from £10, buy them HERE .
